It's that time of year again for our annual subscription drive. Those in our coverage area should have received an application and return envelope by US Mail this past week. If you did not receive one or need an extra, you can print one from our Subscription Drive page. We rely on these funds for our operating costs. The drive runs for the entire month of May. Members trained last evening on Rescue 38-50 and were able to practice vehicle extrication skills.
The Washington Fire Co. Community Ambulance Inc. in Ashland PA is seeking qualified EMR/EMSVO (Emergency Medical Responder / Emergency Medical Services Vehicle Operator) and EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) candidates.
We are seeking professionals to join our team who are searching for a positive working environment.
The job responsibilities include handling BLS Emergency calls in Ashland and surrounding areas.
Experience is not required, however is preferred.
EMR/EMVSO candidates must have the following at time of hire and/or prior to start date:
· Valid PA DOH EMR Certification
· CPR for the Health Care Provider
· Drug Screening (Paid for by Washington Ambulance before start date)
· Background check (Completed by Washington Ambulance prior to start date)
· EMSVO
· Must be age 21+
EMT candidates must have the following at time of hire and/or prior to start date:
